Flag Football

Welcome to HFFL. We run the most exciting youth flag football league in Southern Nevada. From ages 5-17, the players will learn the fundamentals of football, teamwork and self confidence. All of our coaches, board members, team moms, etc., are 100% volunteers. We hope you enjoy HFFL and thank you for participating.

Playing Age is as of August 1, 2025. Players may not move up a division unless requested as a keeper player.

Coaches may bring:
- (4) keepers per team in Peewee's
- (5) keepers in Senior's.
- (8) keepers in Bandit's, Gremlin's, and Junior's divisions.
- These division will be separated into groups with (3) or less keepers and (3) or more keepers

Peewee is ages 5 & 6 (4 year old's can play if the parent is a volunteer).

Bandit is ages 7 & 8

Gremlin is ages 9 & 10

Junior is age 11 & 12. Buddy requests will not be honored. All registered players will be assigned to a team.

Senior is age 13 & 14. The Senior division will run a draft for team building. Buddy requests will not be honored. All registered players will be assigned to a team.

Varsity/Adult is age 15 and up This division is a team division. Each team is allowed to bring the entire team together. Any person registering without a team may be assigned a team, as long as their are enough players and a coach to form that team.

Flags will be provided by the league.

Recommended equipment: cleats and soft shell helmets

Helmets are not required in any division but they are recommended.

Henderson Flag Football Fall 2025

Registration is based on the age of the player on August 1, 2025.

Coaches may bring up to 8 keepers. This applies to the Bandits, Gremlins, and Junior divisions. We will separate the divisions based on the following criteria: 3 or fewer keepers will play in one division and 4 or more will play in a different division.

The Pee Wee division will be at 4 keepers.

The Senior division will be 5 keepers.

Rotations rules will be enforced. This is a pay to play league. All players will play.

Players may not move up a division unless requested as a keeper player by the upper division coach.

The Senior division will form teams based on a draft. Coaches can bring 5 players and will draft the remaining 5 players.

The Adult division is considered an open division. The coaches in the adult division can bring a total of 8-10 players to the team. Players that register for adults without a coach will be placed on a team. Adult teams must have an adult coach.

Peewee playing age is 5 & 6. (4-year-old can play if the parent is a coach)

Bandit playing age is 7 & 8.

Gremlin playing age is 9 & 10.

Junior playing age is 11 & 12.

Senior playing age is 13 & 14. Buddy requests will not be honored.

All registered players will be assigned to a team.
